Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Magnet Maker to join our team. The Magnet Maker will be responsible for producing high-quality magnets using various techniques and materials. The ideal candidate should have experience in magnet manufacturing and a solid understanding of the various magnetization techniques.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Train new employees on manufacturing processes and safety protocols.
• Evaluate manufacturing equipment and suggest improvements.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Document all production activities accurately.
• Assist in research and development of new magnetic products.
• Ensure all operational practices align with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Additional certification or training in magnet manufacturing is preferred

Experience

• Experience operating magnet manufacturing machinery.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of magnet properties
• Proficiency in using measuring instruments

Advantageous

• Experience in packaging and shipping processes: Knowledge of how to prepare products for shipment.
• Hands-on experience with soldering or machining: Skills in additional technical processes related to manufacturing.
