Product Designer (UX/UI)

Job Description

As a Product Designer (UX/UI) at Creative Solutions Inc., your role will involve transforming complex problems into elegant designs. You will work collaboratively to define user journeys and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.

Responsibilities

• Translate user needs and business objectives into intuitive and functional designs.
• Collaborate seamlessly with product managers and developers to achieve project goals.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for stakeholder approval.
• Participate in the user testing process and incorporate feedback into designs.
• Mentor junior designers and guide on best practices in UX/UI design.
• Help develop and maintain a library of UI components for future projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Master’s degree preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years in product design or UX/UI design roles

Technical Skills

• Sketch

Certifications

• UX Certified by Nielsen Norman Group
• Interaction Design Foundation Certified

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with mobile app design: Proven experience in designing for mobile applications will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards: Understanding of accessibility best practices for inclusive design.
