Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Restaurant Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of restaurant operations, from staff management to customer satisfaction. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in the restaurant industry and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
  • Implement effective marketing initiatives to boost restaurant traffic.
  • Ensure all staff members adhere to service standards and protocols.
  • Monitor restaurant finances and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Assist with the hiring and onboarding process of new employees.
  • Prepare and enforce operational budgets.
  • Create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests.
  • Engage with customers to cultivate loyalty and repeat business.
  • Ensure compliance with local and national regulations.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss operations and improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or similar
  • Hospitality Management Degree is an advantage
Experience
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment for at least 4 years
