Job Description

As the Daycare Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our daycare operations, ensuring that each child receives personalised care and attention in a safe and welcoming environment. You'll work closely with parents and staff to create an engaging educational experience that promotes children's development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of the daycare, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with regulations.
• Implement and manage educational programs that meet the developmental needs of children.
• Provide mentorship and support to caregivers and teaching staff.
• Engage with parents and guardians to share insights about their child's progress.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment by ensuring cleanliness protocols are in place.
• Manage financial aspects, including invoicing and budgeting for resources.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Child Development or related field
• Certification in Childcare Management is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in childcare, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
