Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Project Manager who can lead and manage diverse projects while exceeding client expectations. In this role, you will facilitate project planning, risk management, and provide strategic direction to your team, all while working in the vibrant city of Cape Town.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate projects by defining goals, scope, and deliverables.
  • Create comprehensive project documentation.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Manage external vendors and contractors effectively.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans.
  • Review project performance and implement improvements.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • MBA or Master's degree in Project Management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in managing projects in diverse environments
