You'll collaborate closely with various departments to identify trends and enhance decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Utilize statistical tools to analyze data sets and derive useful business insights.
• Work collaboratively with IT to optimize data reporting processes.
• Develop predictive models to support decision-making.
• Assist in the training of team members on data analysis best practices.
• Participate in data governance activities to maintain high data quality standards.
• Document data analysis processes for transparency and future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related discipline
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business context

Technical Skills

• Statistical Analysis Software (e.g., R, SAS)
• Tableau

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate
• AWS Certified Data Analytics - Specialty

Languages
