Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to work in a supportive environment in Cape Town. The therapist will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and facilitating therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs. A keen understanding of psychological theories and practices is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the health and welfare of animals in our care.
  • Manage anesthesia during surgical procedures.
  • Assess and develop protocols for patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and standards.
  • Contribute to the development of clinic policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
  • Specialty training in surgery or internal medicine is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of clinical veterinary experience preferred
