Job Description

As a Healthcare Administrator in Cape Town, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our healthcare facility. This role is vital in ensuring that our medical staff can deliver high-quality patient care efficiently. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage operational policies for the healthcare facility.
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure effective training.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to enhance patient care delivery.
  • Prepare regular reports on departmental performance and financial metrics.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution among staff and patients.
  • Design and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Engage with community resources to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
