Job Description

As a Technical Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content that helps communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible manner. You will work closely with developers and product managers to produce user manuals, technical guides, and online support content.

Responsibilities

• Produce clear, concise, and accurate product documentation that meets industry standards.
• Engage with engineers and product managers to capture technical insights.
• Ensure content is accessible and inclusive for diverse audiences.
• Update documentation as needed following product changes or updates.
• Support marketing by creating compelling promotional content.
• Conduct research to ensure factual accuracy in all documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Information Technology or Communications
• Postgraduate qualification will be advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in technical content writing or similar role
