Job Description

As a Bookkeeper, you will play a key role in managing financial records, ensuring accuracy, and supporting audit processes. You will be responsible for various duties, including maintaining ledgers, processing invoices, and handling payroll. We are looking for someone with great attention to detail and a passion for accounting to help facilitate our financial operations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize financial documents and records.
  • Process and track accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and post journal entries.
  • Assist with month-end close processes.
  • Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies.
  • Provide support for tax-related queries and documentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes.
  • Implement best practices for bookkeeping tasks.
  • Stay updated on financial regulations and compliance.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field
  • Relevant certifications in finance are advantageous.
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years bookkeeping experience
