We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with various teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to meet project goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage project execution to ensure delivery as per timelines.
• Monitor project performance against budget and timelines, and make necessary adjustments.
• Provide leadership and motivation to project teams to foster a productive work environment.
• Prepare project status reports for management and stakeholders.
• Conduct project post-mortems to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Implement improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in project management or similar role

Technical Skills

• MS Office Suite
• Risk Assessment Tools

Certifications

• Scrum Master Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
