As a Psychiatric Technician at Care Solutions, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges. Responsibilities

• Implement behavioural intervention plans developed by Behaviour Analysts.
• Compile progress reports and present findings to the supervisory team.
• Offer support and guidance to families and caregivers.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
• Conduct assessments to identify client needs and challenges.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to promote holistic care.
• Assist in crisis intervention as needed.
• Stay informed about new techniques and trends in behaviour analysis.
• Participate in community outreach programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field
• Additional certifications in behaviour analysis are advantageous.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience working with individuals with disabilities.
