Job Description

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee and enhance our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to improve efficiency and drive cost savings while managing logistics, procurement, and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for supply chain projects.
• Develop strategies to reduce supply chain costs while maintaining quality.
• Implement best practices in supply chain management.
• Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation plans.
• Manage logistics budgets, ensuring expenditures are controlled.
• Participate in contract negotiations with suppliers and shipping companies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a management role within supply chain or logistics

Technical Skills

• Inventory Control
• Procurement

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
