We are seeking an energetic and creative Content Marketing Specialist to join our Johannesburg team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing compelling content strategies that align with our marketing goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and drive engagement across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage a content calendar for consistent publishing.
• Analyze competitor content strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Develop user personas to better tailor content to target audiences.
• Collaborate on cross-promotional marketing efforts.
• Evaluate emerging content formats and platforms to explore new opportunities.
• Utilize A/B testing to improve content effectiveness.
• Author articles and guest posts for external publications.
• Coordinate with other departments for integrated marketing campaigns.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for creative content generation.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines in all content produced.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Journalism, or related field
• Master's degree in Marketing is preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in content creation and campaign management
