Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager who can oversee and drive various projects to success in our Durban office. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while managing the team dynamics and client relations. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong background in project management methodologies and excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Create clear and attainable project objectives.
  • Oversee performance, and track project schedules.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project reports, proposals, status reports, and presentations.
  • Provide direction and support to the project team.
  • Evaluate project performance and take proactive corrective actions.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and key stakeholders.
  • Guide the team in resolving issues and conflicts.
  • Ensure lessons learned are documented and applied to future projects.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress and address challenges.
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new project team members.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Project Management or Business Administration
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is advantageous
Experience
  • 4+ years of project management experience with a focus on technology projects
