Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects in our Cape Town office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams. This role involves ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project budgets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications.
• Review and approve project deliverables.
• Monitor changes in project scope and adjust plans accordingly.
• Coordinate with finance and procurement for project resources.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management

• MS Project
• Risk Management

• Negotiation

Certifications

• PMP Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience working in a multinational team: Experience in diverse team environments is a plus.
