Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of enthusiasm for the products and brand.
• Conduct sales demonstrations and explain product features to customers.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss sales strategies and performance.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in organizing promotional events or community outreach.
• Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and trends.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business is preferred

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in retail sales or related field

• POS Systems

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational
