Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and reconcile bank statements.
• Process accounts payables and receivables efficiently.
• Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure proper accounting practices.
• Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit.
• Identify discrepancies and work towards their resolution.
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles

• Sage Accounting
• Excel
• QuickBooks

• Attention to Detail
• Time Management

Certifications

• Certified Bookkeeper
• CIMA Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
