Job Description

We are on the hunt for a passionate Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence and engage customers across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in strategizing and executing social media campaigns that enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain a social media calendar to streamline content production.
  • Conduct research to stay ahead of social media trends.
  • Analyze competitors’ social media strategies to find opportunities.
  • Facilitate social media contests and campaigns to attract new followers.
  • Create and manage paid social advertising strategies.
  • Build and manage relationships with influential figures in the industry.
  • Report on social media insights and KPIs to senior management.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on social media best practices.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects that promote social engagement.
  • Develop relationships with followers to build a strong community.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Communications
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing

Certifications
