Job Description

As an IT Support Technician based in Cape Town, you will handle a variety of technical support requests. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining our systems and ensuring our team operates at peak efficiency.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, Cisco CCNA)
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or similar area
