Responsibilities

• Review and manage prescription refills and new orders.
• Assist in the training of pharmacy interns and technicians.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development.
• Respond to patient inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Promote health screenings and wellness programs.

Advantageous

• Experience with immunization programs: Knowledge of vaccine administration and patient education protocols.
• Certifications in chronic disease management: Additional qualifications in managing chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension.
