• Develop and manage financial controls.
• Prepare and review annual budgets.
• Ensure all financial records are accurate and completed on time.
• Provide support during quarterly audits.
• Analyze revenue and expenditure trends.
• Assist in creating financial policies.
• Evaluate and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure accurate tax reporting and compliance.
• Prepare variance analysis to inform management.
• Assist in training junior accountants.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Financial Management

Experience

• 7+ years of extensive accounting experience

Certifications

• CIMA or similar certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
