Looking for an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic team in East London. You will be responsible for analyzing production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing engineering best practices to ensure optimal efficiency and quality. Responsibilities

• Develop process flow diagrams and charts for production processes.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technology and equipment for production.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions for process improvement.
• Work closely with suppliers to enhance material quality and performance.
• Conduct safety assessments and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide technical support during new product launches.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and interns in the department.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering

Languages

Advantageous
