Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will excel in strategizing and executing sales plans to achieve revenue targets, while fostering relationships with key clients in the technology sector.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Johannesburg sales team, motivating and coaching staff to meet objectives.
  • Develop targeted sales plans and strategies to penetrate different market segments.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide insights to adjust sales tactics.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred
