Responsibilities

• Conduct research and development for new chemical processes.
• Create and maintain process documentation.
• Implement quality assurance protocols in production.
• Analyze and interpret data from trials and experiments.
• Provide recommendations for equipment upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality.
• Ensure sustainability practices are implemented.
• Manage relationships with external partners and suppliers.
• Review and approve project designs.
• Participate in audits and regulatory inspections.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a chemical engineering role
