Clinical Research Associate

Job Description

We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate to manage and monitor clinical studies from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the data management team for the collection of clinical data.
• Review and validate data integrity and accuracy.
• Assist with patient recruitment and retention strategies.
• Conduct site assessment visits pre- and post-trial.
• Prepare periodic progress reports for senior management.
• Foster strong working relationships with site personnel to promote effective collaboration.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Life Sciences
• Masters in Clinical Research is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in clinical research role preferred

Certifications

• Good Clinical Practice Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability in statistical software: Familiarity with statistical analysis tools like SAS or SPSS.
