Responsibilities

• Prepare and present design proposals and progress reports to clients.
• Ensure projects are completed within deadlines and budget constraints.
• Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and technologies to bring innovation to projects.
• Oversee project documentation, including contracts and schedules.
• Engage in client consultations to ensure design vision aligns with client expectations.
• Mentor junior architects and design staff to promote growth and development.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations with stakeholders to gather input and feedback.
