Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Research Associate to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and facilitating the successful execution of research protocols to enhance patient outcomes and advance medical knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise site initiation, monitoring, and closing activities.
  • Conduct regular compliance assessments at clinical trial sites.
  • Provide training and support to study staff and investigators.
  • Evaluate site performance and maintain accurate study records.
  • Develop strong relationships with key opinion leaders in the medical field.
  • Assist in the analysis and interpretation of clinical data.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or healthcare-related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in Clinical Research is desirable
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in clinical trials management
