Join our Cape Town team as a Project Manager. You will drive project initiatives from inception to completion, fostering strong relationships with clients and team members. Your role will involve aligning projects with business needs, managing resources effectively, and applying industry best practices to optimize project success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of project management including initiation, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing.
• Cultivate relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
• Assess project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Ensure project outcomes align with strategic objectives.
• Coordinate resources and teams effectively for project execution.
• Adapt project strategies based on real-time assessment and feedback.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure transparency.
• Lead project retrospectives to identify lessons learned.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or Certification in Agile Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in leading projects
