Job Description

As an Account Manager, you will be the face of our company to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will be responsible for managing key accounts in Johannesburg, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance client retention.
  • Manage client expectations while ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in industry conferences and networking events to build a professional network.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve strategic goals.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff as needed.
