Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee various construction projects in Nelspruit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead teams across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives and scope with key stakeholders.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members.
• Track project performance and report to senior management.
• Identify training needs among team members for project execution.
• Ensure project closure activities are completed efficiently.
• Develop a project closeout report encompassing key learnings.

Requirements

Education

• Master’s degree in Project Management or related field
• Additional certifications in Agile project management are a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of project management experience with a focus on construction projects

Technical Skills

• Agile and Waterfall Methodologies

Soft Skills

• Conflict Resolution

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with digital project management tools: Experience with tools like Asana or Trello to manage project workflows.
• Previous experience working with government contracts: Understanding of the requirements and protocols for government-funded projects.
