Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of factory operations, ensuring optimal productivity.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to implement best practices in production.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for material supply.
  • Act as a liaison between management and production teams to foster a cohesive work environment.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field
  • Bachelor's degree is advantageous
  • Lean Manufacturing Extensive experience in implementing lean methodologies to reduce waste.
  • Quality Management Systems Strong background in quality assurance and control processes.
  • Production Planning Expertise in planning and scheduling production runs.
  • Health and Safety Compliance In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and practices in manufacturing.
  • Team Leadership Proven experience leading and motivating production teams.
  • Communication Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Time Management Excellent skills in managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • ISO 9001 Certification
  • First Aid Certification

  • Experience with ERP systems: Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning software to manage production data.
  • Forklift Operator Certification: Certification to operate forklifts safely within the production environment.
