Job Description

As the Children's Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the quality of childcare services. You will liaise with parents, support staff, and develop initiatives to promote children's well-being and development.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments for improvement.
• Coordinate with local authorities to ensure compliance with childcare regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Education
• Master's degree in Child Psychology is a plus

• 5+ years in leadership roles within childcare services
