Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our Johannesburg team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a knack for troubleshooting. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of IT services, addressing user queries, and resolving technical issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related inquiries.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.
• Conduct troubleshooting and resolution for all IT incidents.
• Manage user accounts and access permissions.
• Assist in the migration of IT services to cloud platforms.
• Evaluate and recommend IT solutions to enhance productivity.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in IT services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is a plus
• Additional IT certifications preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
