Job Description

As a Cybersecurity Analyst in Cape Town, your main role will be to protect our information systems from cyber threats. You will analyze security events, identify breaches, and design security architecture. Candidates with a strong background in networking and security compliance will excel in this role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related inquiries.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and hardware issues.
• Support the implementation and management of IT projects.
• Ensure data backup and security protocols are followed.
• Assist in training staff on IT protocols and software usage.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Further certifications are advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT technical support
