Job Description

We are seeking a talented Architect to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will design and deliver innovative architectural solutions, with a focus on sustainable practices. In this role, you will collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams to bring projects from concept to reality, ensuring quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design projects from concept to completion.
• Engage with clients to define project scope and objectives.
• Create detailed drawings and specifications using CAD software.
• Oversee the construction process to ensure design integrity.
• Conduct regular site visits and meetings with project teams.
• Prepare and review project budgets and timelines.
• Research and implement sustainable design practices.
• Assist in urban planning and landscape architecture as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree in Architecture is a plus

Experience

• Experience with residential and commercial projects preferred

• SketchUp
• Building Codes

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified Interior Designer (CID)

Languages

• English: Fluent
