In this role, you will collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams to bring projects from concept to reality, ensuring quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative design concepts that meet client needs.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation for submission.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve project success.
• Conduct building inspections and assess site conditions.
• Review and coordinate contractual documents and scope of work.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders throughout project phases.
• Participate in community engagement activities for public projects.
• Continuously seek opportunities for professional development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree in Architecture is a plus

Experience

• Experience with residential and commercial projects preferred

• SketchUp
• Building Codes

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified Interior Designer (CID)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
