We are looking for a Network Security Engineer to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of network infrastructure and security protocols, with a keen ability to identify vulnerabilities and implement robust security measures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation and configuration of network security devices.
• Review and analyze security alerts from various sources.
• Work with external vendors to ensure compliance with security standards.
• Develop training programs on security awareness for all employees.
• Assist in the development of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Evaluate and implement new cybersecurity technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Master's degree in Cybersecurity or Information Assurance preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in security analysis or network engineering

• Penetration Testing

Certifications

• CISM
• GIAC Certified Incident Handler

Languages

• English: Fluent
