Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Retail Manager for our Bloemfontein location. In this role, you will guide a dedicated team, optimize store operations, and ensure our customers receive the best service possible. Your leadership will directly impact our success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance store appearance.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance and expectations.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Optimize scheduling to ensure adequate staff coverage.
  • Manage store budgets and control operational costs.
  • Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and customers.
  • Participate in recruitment and selection processes.
  • Act as a liaison between the store and upper management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Additional certifications in retail management are advantageous
