Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our reputable team in Randburg. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and the ability to transform financial data into actionable insights. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and providing key recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial analysis process to identify key trends and insights.
• Prepare comprehensive reports to assist decision-making processes.
• Engage with teams across the organization to collect and analyse financial data.
• Develop strategies to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Monitor financial KPIs and report on variances regularly.
• Engage in long-term financial planning and investment appraisal.
• Provide analytical support during the quarterly financial review.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business
• Master’s degree in Data Science or related field is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in financial forecasting and budgeting
