We are seeking a highly skilled General Internal Medicine Physician to join our dynamic medical team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating a variety of medical conditions, with a focus on patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments and routine check-ups for patients.
• Manage chronic diseases and ensure preventive care measures.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Engage in community outreach programs to enhance public health.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior medical staff.
• Participate in research projects related to internal medicine.
• Ensure compliance with medical protocols and ethical standards.

Requirements

Education

• MBChB or equivalent medical degree
• Fellowship in Internal Medicine or related field is preferred

Experience

• At least 5 - 7 years' experience in clinical practice with a focus on internal medicine

• Clinical guidelines adherence

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification

Languages
