Job Description

As a Production Supervisor, you will lead a team of production workers, coordinating schedules and ensuring that production goals are achieved. This position requires extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, as well as the ability to motivate and train staff effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Production Management or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing
