Responsibilities

• Develop structural designs for residential and commercial projects.
• Perform calculations and simulations to ascertain structural integrity.
• Coordinate with local authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Produce structural assessment reports for existing buildings.
• Provide technical support during the construction phase.
• Organize and lead design review meetings.
• Ensure effective communication within the project team.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
• Review contractor claims and assess their legitimacy.
• Document all project milestones and outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer qualification is an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience in structural engineering
