As a Glaze Maker, you will be pivotal in the creation of glazes that enhance the beauty and functionality of our ceramic products. Your role includes formulating, testing, and adjusting glaze recipes to achieve desired aesthetics and performance.

Responsibilities

• Assess and adjust glaze recipes based on quality tests and customer feedback.
• Provide technical expertise during the production process to optimize glaze usage.
• Keep abreast of industry trends in ceramics and glazing techniques.
• Assist in the training of new employees on glazing practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in ceramics or related field is highly preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of practical experience in a ceramics manufacturing environment

Languages

• English: Fluent
