You'll be the first point of contact for IT-related issues, playing an integral role in maintaining our systems and providing solutions to technical problems. Your expertise will be vital for our team’s success.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between users and other IT staff.
• Perform software installations and upgrades.
• Provide training on IT security best practices.
• Assist with backup and recovery operations.
• Monitor IT systems for potential issues and escalate as necessary.
• Support the integration of new technologies into the IT infrastructure.

Requirements

Education

• IT Certification (CompTIA A+, Network+ or equivalent)
• Degree in IT or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support roles

Technical Skills

• Mac OS
• Database Management

Soft Skills

• Customer Service
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous

• Familiarity with VoIP systems: Experience with VoIP installation and support.
• Basic understanding of cloud computing: Awareness of cloud technologies and their applications.
