Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses.
• Conduct health assessments and develop personalized care plans.
• Support patients and families through emotional challenges during hospitalization.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
• Facilitate discharge planning and post-care follow-up.
• Mentor and train new staff and nursing students.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Specialization in critical care preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a hospital setting

Technical Skills

• Medication Management

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous

• Certification in Advanced Life Support (ALS): ALS certification demonstrates advanced emergency care capabilities.
