Job Description

As a Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in our financial operations, ensuring timely processing of invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and providing financial insights to management. Attention to detail and proficiency in accounting software are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Create journal entries and handle general ledger operations.
  • Track and manage fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
  • Conduct cost analysis to assist in budget preparation.
  • Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
  • Support the finance manager in strategic financial planning.
  • Ensure financial records are organized and accessible for audits.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of financial information.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Accounting or Finance
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
