Hog Driver

Job Description

As a Hog Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of hogs from farms to processing facilities. This role requires close adherence to animal welfare regulations and a high level of attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be capable of operating large commercial vehicles and must possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow all regulatory requirements for transporting livestock.
• Work independently and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Be available for flexible working hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new drivers.

Requirements

Education

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience driving commercial vehicles and transporting livestock

• GPS Navigation

• First Aid Certification
