UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team in Durban. The ideal candidate will possess strong design skills and experience in creating user-friendly interfaces and experiences. You will work closely with our development team to ensure seamless product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex ideas into simple, intuitive designs.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their vision and requirements.
• Revise designs based on feedback from users and team members.
• Assist in the creation of user personas and scenarios.
• Contribute to team meetings and provide design insights.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio

Technical Skills

• Sketch

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Experience working in Agile teams to deliver projects.
