Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Industrial Engineer (Continuous Improvement) to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will focus on evaluating existing processes and implementing innovative solutions to boost efficiency and reduce waste.

Responsibilities

• Assess technical operations and develop strategies for efficiency boosts.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles within production lines.
• Create and maintain documentation for process changes and improvements.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback on process performance.
• Research and integrate new technologies that enhance productivity.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets for improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for process-related updates.
• Measure impacts of implemented changes using data analysis.
• Support management in developing operational strategies.
• Actively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in process improvement or industrial engineering roles

Languages

• English: Fluent
