Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Stellenbosch team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring software quality through rigorous testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and performance testing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product usability and customer satisfaction while identifying bugs and recommending solutions.

Responsibilities

• Outline testing requirements and develop test cases based on functional specifications.
• Implement both manual and automated testing processes.
• Provide support for production releases and post-deployment verification.
• Foster a quality mindset throughout the development team.
• Ensure that products comply with internal and external quality standards.
• Document test results and provide feedback on product quality.
• Mentor junior QA team members and offer training on best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in QA roles
